Chinese Hot Pot is essentially taking bite-sized fresh ingredients and cooking this for yourself in a tasty bowl of broth in front of you.

Traditionally eaten with a dipping sauce (see below for instructions) and from a communal broth shared with friends and family. One + is offering the individual broths with the food delivered from a 'sushi style' conveyor belt so whatever catches your eyes, pop this into your tasty broth and eat when ready.

Just leave your coloured plates on your table so we know what you've eaten.

5 tasty broths to choose from:

An immense blend of Sichuan herbs and spices coupled with chili's and Sichuan peppers. Sichuan peppers will give you a little numbing sensation. A word of warning. This broth is spicy but fear not as you can request the level of spiciness. Not suitable for Halal diners. Contains Gluten and Soya.

A full on flavoursome chicken broth made with real chicken pieces. Not suitable for Halal diners. Contains Gluten, Celery, Mustard and Milk.

P GF
Thai infused and inspired broth using lemongrass and ginger. A little sweet, a little sour and you'll get a slight kick from the ginger and chili oil that's in there. Suitable for Halal diners and Pescatarians. Contains Soya, Shrimp and Fish Sauce.

V GF
A broth which is lighter on the pallet yet still very flavoursome. This broth has fresh vegetables to start you off. Suitable for all types of diners. Contains Soya and Celery.

V
